I am an Early-Stage company. What is the minimum LCPI will consider for my funding effort? |

Generally, LCPI will commit to as little as 500K USD if the Client can show early revenue potential. We work on deal ranges up to 25 Million USD or equivalent currency by bringing in outside investors, strategic debt and equity financing and Pre Initial Public Offering (Pre-IPO) financing. |

I have some funding, but need Strategic Development and guidance. How can LCPI help? |

We constantly guide our Clients on realistic and effective use of their existing funds as we work to fully capitalize their company. This generally involves creating a process of Steps where funds are maximized and Partnerships and other assets can be developed in all growth phases. |

Yes. LCPI will create all necessary financial and compliance documentation for funding. |

How much does LCPI charge and what are the Success Fees? |

Each Client we engage will be charged for work performed on a Retainer + Monthly billing for services and Man hours and work performed. Our Success Fee is generally 5% of funds raised. |
